L’Efilsitra Method it is a practical guide to actor training and coaching: a toolkit for developing awareness, responsibility and expressive strength, with the aim of connecting with oneself and expanding one's artistic and professional journey.

Efilsitra Acting Studio is pleased to present the new academic season and a new training structure, designed to support actors and actresses through the different phases of their artistic and professional growth. The new organisation has been created to make the Studio’s identity even clearer: not through a series of independent courses, but via an ecosystem of programmes that interact with one another.
